pkr.ai is a desktop application that provides real-time poker hand analysis and strategic recommendations. The Service uses screen capture technology to analyze poker gameplay and provide GTO-informed suggestions.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following tiers:
All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to use the Service only for personal poker analysis. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any poker platform you use. pkr.ai is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Service on third-party platforms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by pkr.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis provided will result in profitable poker play.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkr.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gambling losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
